Since people living with diabetes face unique challenges during times of disaster, we created a Diabetes Disaster Preparedness Plan which includes a checklist of supplies, information and guidelines. Building a “diabetes kit” now can save a lot of worry and time when a disaster strikes.

Health Care Professionals

Find resources to help health care providers ensure people living with diabetes have access to diabetes medications and testing supplies needed to stay healthy during an emergency. During times of disaster, health care professionals can report insulin and other diabetes supplies shortages.
